Fall is arriving, and it’s time to start planning Halloween parties at school and at home. Halloween is such a great occasion, complete with costumes, candy, and various fabulous delights.
These frightful and delightful goodies will ensure that your Halloween party is one to remember for years to come!
The following are some Halloween goodies for kids:
- Chocolate Covered Halloween Pretzels
- White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Party Mix
- Mummy Chicken Fries
- Cinnamon Spritz Owl Cookies
Chocolate Covered Halloween Pretzels
I’ve made pretzel rods previously for a school celebration, but they weren’t this adorable! I adore the mini sprinkle eyes that I used to create these mini monster eyes, as well as the general Halloween-colored sprinkles.
What’s not to love about a sweet, salty, and crunchy mix of chocolate and pretzels? These would make excellent presents packaged and distributed individually or simply placed on your table spread.
White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Party Mix
Kettle corn and caramel corn are two of my favorite snacks. Fun variations on popcorn are simply irresistible to me. I particularly enjoy caramel corn with chocolate and other exciting additions, so this Pumpkin Spice Popcorn sounds like something I should try.
The pumpkin candies in the dish are what I particularly enjoy because they give it a lovely Halloween atmosphere. You could even use extra scary sprinkles in place of the leaves to provide the kids with a more festive feel than usual!
Mummy Chicken Fries
To throw a successful Halloween party, you may require more than just sweets. That is ideal for such an occasion.
Chicken fries and croissant dough come together to form these charming little mummy delights, which will provide a protein boost from the chicken to help balance out some of the sugary goodness.
Cinnamon Spritz Owl Cookies
While these aren’t particularly spooky, I believe owls might be appropriate for a gloomy, dark Halloween night. We have many owls in the area, and I enjoy hearing their hoots in the daytime, but I can imagine how frightening the sound can be at night. My favorite part about these cookies is how the sprinkles form cute little beaks on them.
When planning your own Halloween party, take in mind the following points. You should have plenty of time to prepare your Halloween meal, decorations, and costume.
Remember that this is your event, and you can make it whatever you want. Make or buy some sweet treats, and remember to relax and enjoy yourself – as your guests will.
